The Sunset Room has a maximum of 55 guests.

The room is fully enclosed.

The Sunset Room may be booked for luncheons on Monday-Saturday inside the hours of 11:00am-3:30pm and for dinners Monday-Sunday between the hours of 4:30pm-Close.

We are able to put down a 48-hour hold on one specific date.
(This hold does not constitute a reservation and will be removed upon the completion of the 48 hours.)

A food and beverage minimum of $1,000.00 must be met Sunday-Thursday evenings and a $1,500 minimum must be met Friday and Saturday evenings. A $350 minimum must be met for Luncheons Monday-Friday and a $1,000 minimum must be met for Saturday Luncheons. During the month of December, our Holiday Packet lists a minimum of $1,000 for every Luncheon and $2,000 for every Dinner Event. Each minimum does not include tax, gratuity, or other service charges, etc.

No Room Fee is required to reserve the Room for Plated or Buffet-Style events.

All event charges take place upon completion of the event and require payment in the form of a Credit Card, a Debit Card, or Cash. Prepayment and Personal Checks are not permitted. While parties with less than 20 guests may pay with separate tabs, parties with 21 or more guests will be required to pay one consolidated bill upon completion of the event.

We do not require a deposit, though a signed contract is required, outlining the particulars of your event. A credit card number is required for this contract, though no charge will be applied to this card, except in the event of a cancellation.

All parties booking a Dinner Event will be asked to set up a limited menu. Luncheon parties may choose to order off of the Luncheon Menu, provided their guest count remains less than 20 guests in total. Saturday Events will be required to set up a limited menu regardless of the time of the Event.

Fees will apply if you are to cancel without advance notice. Fees range from $250 to full expected minimums depending on dates and times. Further questions regarding cancelations should be directed to the Event Coordinator before booking.

Children are more than welcome in our Sunset Room! Any children under the age of 12 will be given a kid’s menu and will not be obligated to order from a limited menu/buffet (we ask that you still count children in your final head count).

Most parties will have access to the room up to one hour prior to their event.

Outside beverages are not permitted. All drinks must be ordered from Lakeside Tavern.

We have a screen and projector available for a $100 rental fee. However, if you would like to bring in your own projector, we will be happy to set up our screen for you, free of charge.

Lakeside Tavern traditionally books 1-2 months in advance for most events. Holiday parties and Rehearsal Dinners are traditionally booked around 12 months in advance. Dates may be booked up to 36-months in advance, provided the date is available and is not already reserved.
